80% of SPAM comes from about 200 known spam operations
[
http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/index.lasso]. Using
Real-time Black Lists (RBL) we block 60,000 to 70,000
email messages each day. Each of these email messages
is addressed to multiple recipients, usually from 5 to
15 of our customers. So we effectively block from 300,000
to 1,000,000 spam messages each day! As new spam sites
are identified each day, they are added to the black list,
and are not longer a problem.
Included in our SPAM control is Spamhaus Exploits Block List
[http://www.spamhaus.org/xbl/]
(XBL) which blocks illegal 3rd
party exploits, including open proxies, worms/viruses with
built-in spam engines, and other types of trojan-horse exploits.

All incoming and outgoing email messages are scanned with Command Central's
Vexira [
http://www.centralcommand.com/] anti-virus software. We update our
anti-virus detection patterns every 10 minutes so that email virus risk to
our customers is extremely low.
However, there is short period of time from the beginning of an email based
virus attack until the release of the blocking pattern when infected email
will be passed through the server. Therefore we recommend that you should
be very careful when open any unknown email attachment which could infect
your computer.
We consider SPAM and virus control a top priority and work hard to safeguard
our customers computers.
